Your new furnace and/or air conditioning unit comes with a free 10 year parts and labour warranty. So if your new furnace or A/C fails within 10 years of installation, consider it fixed ! Free of charge.

Your new hot water tank is fixed for free for a 6 year parts, labour and leak warranty, depending on model.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the installation, it will repaired or replaced, free of charge !
